Dream a Little Dream visit

Last week we were hosting teachers from England and Poland who participate in

Erasmus + project.

The aim of the project is to promote reading for pleasure together with the use of

new technologies

Our visitors (Kate James and Hannah Gethings – UK  and Karolina Swieton, Ewa Horbaczewska and Anna Nowacka – Poland) were welcomed with a whole school assembly.  Children made speeches in English and read stories, poems and sang songs. Visitors introduced themselves. We were very happy to show to our guests our typical songs and poems and share a bit of our culture with them! :)

Teachers had an opportunity to observe a range of lessons, many of which focused on the teaching of reading skills, in English, Spanish and Catalan. We´ve also visited different schools in our region in order to learn about different methodologies and get new ideas for improvement! :)

Erasmus + on air!

We have interviewed the Mayor of Terrassa and we have taken the opportunity to tell him about our Erasmus+ "Dream a little Dream" project. This programme (100.5fm) has been heard by more that 55thousands of people around the community! The mayor was so proud of the project and he has invited us once in Barcelona to visit the city hall and to meet him!
